Rockey’s is crafted from a blend of green apple, pineapple, green tea, black tea, and citrus - inspired by classic, clarified milk punch.
It is blended with a small amount of American, neutral grain spirit, has low-alcohol and low-sugar content, is gluten-free and lactose-free, and does not require refrigeration, even after opening!
1 1/2 oz Bourbon
2 oz Rockey’s
1 dash Bitters
Combine ingredients in julep cup or rocks glass with 5 fresh mint leaves, muddle lightly.
Fill with crushed ice, garnish with mint, and sip through a straw.
1 oz White Rum
1 oz Rockey’s
1/2 oz Dark Rum
Ginger Beer or Ginger Ale
Combine all ingredients except dark rum in a highball glass with ice.
Float dark rum in cut lime on top.
1 1/2 oz Vodka or Gin
1 oz Rockey’s
3/4 oz Lime Juice
1/2 oz Simple Syrup
Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a coupe.
Garnish with a lime wheel.
1/2 oz Cognac or Brandy
1 oz Rockey’s
3/4 oz Lemon Juice
1/2 oz Triple-Sec or Curaçao
Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a sugar-rimmed coupe.
Garnish with a lemon twist.
1 1/2 oz Whiskey, Brandy or Rum
1oz Rockey’s
4 oz Hot Tea
3/4 oz Honey or Maple Syrup
1 tsp Butter
Combine all ingredients in a pre-warmed mug.
Garnish with a clove-studded lemon wedge.
2 oz Rye or Bourbon Whiskey
3/4 oz Rockey’s
3/4 oz Sweet Vermouth
2 dashes Bitters
Stir all ingredients with ice and strain into a cocktail glass.
Garnish with an orange twist or cherry.
1 1/2 oz Tequila or Mezcal
1 1/2 oz Rockey’s
1/2 oz Lime
Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Strain into a slat-rimmed rocks glass filled with ice.
Garnish with a sliced jalapeño.
2 oz Gin or Vodka

Lemon
Stir ingredients with ice and strain into a martini glass.
Garnish with a lemon peel.

1 1/2 oz Rum
1/2 oz L'Orgeat
1 1/2 oz Pineapple Juice
1/2 oz Lime
Combine ingredients in a tiki mug, fill with ice and swizzle to chill.
Garnish with pineapple leaves and a cinnamon stick.
1 oz Gin
1 oz Rockey’s
1 oz Campari
Stir all ingredients with ice and strain into a rocks glass with ice.
Garnish with an orange twist.
1 1/2 oz Tequila or Mezcal
1 oz Rockey's
Grapefruit Soda
Stir all ingredients with ice into a Collins glass and top with grapefruit soda.
Garnish with a grapefruit twist or lime peel.
2 oz Rockey's
1/2 oz Aperol
Prosecco or Champagne
Stir all ingredients in a wine glass, top half-way with Prosecco and fill with ice.
Garnish with a slice of fresh fruit.

Rockey’s is a labor of love, created by Eamon Rockey, a veteran of NYC's hospitality industry. As a graduate of The Culinary Institute of America, he is passionate about the process of preparing anything from scratch, using only the best ingredients.
After bartending at Eleven Madison Park and opening four other Michelin-starred restaurants in NYC, he launched Rockey’s in the fall of 2018.
He is also the Director of Beverage Studies at the Institute of Culinary Education in New York.
